Once again my birthday was here and went away. This year it was a lot more relaxing. I took the day off, got a mani/pedi and didn't do anything too crazy or planned out. I had a bday dinner with RSlo at our favorite restaurant and the next night RSlo made me an amazing dinner at home. He made Beef Bourguignon and it was incredible.
Both my RA's and my friend Kari made me red velvet cake so I've got lots of cake and this weekend I am going to tackle making an apple pie. Overall I had a wonderful day and this year my goal is not get bogged down by the small stuff and to do more cooking and baking!
um, i think you left out the surprise singing and coupon giving by mccray. pffft.
